If you like the Ortofon 'house sound' then am sure you would be happy with best Quintet you can afford. I like my Kontrapunkt-b well enough that I had it retipped at 2000+ hours and will likely do so again when/if I get that many hours a second time.

Just pulled the trigger on the Ortofon Quintet Blue from Ivan. I'm excited to hear it--and I'm sure it'll be a great cart for when I move up my table as well.

Ive heard that cartridge on a Clearaudio TT and it was very resolving for the price ! Great cartridge.
