The best media I'v heard is mastertape copies played on a pro tape recorder. Therefore I'v been hunting a renovated Studer. I found a Studer B67 in a very good condition and one other B67 as a stand in. Both recently serviced.

I also found a B67-stand with wheels. Thats very practical. When you can tilt B67 in different angles it's easy to handle.

As a source, nothing I'v heard from Digital or vinyl recorder is as good as a good Reel 2 Reel machine. It's a different league. Especially the richness in the music and the micro and macrodynamic.

I think this market will grow a lot.

One more R2R for my system. A opportunity I could not miss.
A unit almost never played from a small lokal radiostation. They had the intention to us this unit but they did not. And it was forgotten.

Renovated and with a stand with wheels.

A807 in mint condition with VU-meters and Bang & Olufsen's (J. Selmer Jensen) HX PRO invention for better recording dynamics. Renovated inside and with a stand with wheels. It's beautiful.

Now I can record with full potential.

40 USD would be ok.

How does you share pictures?

I can link to a Swedish forum so you can follow and see the pictures from my Reel 2 Reel journey and it can be translated to english.

I will still write about it here and follow up with pictures later when I found a good way of doing it.

I hope you enjoy.

Apexorca, my wife has her own webspace for one of her websites.
She is using a partition of that for her photographs.
This costs her around 30$ a year, but this covers the whole website.

If you are new to the website stuff and you just want to get some space for your pictures it might be good to choose a provider with a simple user interface. I'm happy to share my thoughts on this if you want to hear more.
Cheers, Meta (Bart's wife)
