Finally, we have full d3 driver tech with these inwalls and inceiling speakers. Includes the diamond tweeter (for the first time) and the continuum and aerofoil cones.

My source says: B&W CWM8.3 D ($9,000), B&W CWM8.5 D ($5,000), B&W CCM8.5 D ($6,000).

My source says $3700 each without boxes for 8.3D.

That's correct, although the speaker isn't usable without the backbox.

Will the non-diamond CI800 series be sold alongside the new series?

Noticed that the Back Boxes are the same between the older version and new ones. Has there been any changes to the back boxes of the CWM8.3?

I'm looking for an in-ceiling front stage solution. Would the best solution be 3x CCM8.5D for LCR? They are only 2way, but should provide better performance than 3x CCM7.3?

The current CI-800 Series will be retired to make way for CI-800 Diamond, but the back boxes will stay the same.
