Default New amp stands have arrived!

It was quite the workout to get these all into position and lined up in my room, but I think the end result looks pretty neat! Assembly of the actual stands was a snap and probably with the best precision of components fitting together/simplicity I have ever experienced in a product of this type. I'm very pleased with the look, and the quality of materials, craftsmanship and design is second to none.

Hey Dan - these are made in Italy by a company called Bassocontinuo - Fine Audio Racks. I also have their racks for my source system components. Will post some pics soon.

Very nice!

I like the look. It almost makes the amps look like they are floating on air.

Thanks all for the nice feedback. Here are the accompanying audio racks for my source components. I think the most interesting piece is the top vinyl shelf that is isolated and "floats" over the rest of the rack. There is also an integrated mechanical damper within the center of the vinyl shelf.

Are the shelves acrylic, polycarbonate, or glass?

They are made of Plexiglas (shatter proof acrylic glass). I inquired with the manufacturer of my racks and they confirmed the material is sourced directly from Rohm and Haas - the original inventor - from Germany.
