Link below. This is overkill for most, but standard equipment is surgical suites (leakage currents are the primary safety concern)
A well designed unit like the Bryston follows the same ideas.

Wow. Don’t think I can install something that extensive in our setup.
I was looking at this one here but I know nothing about how good this would be or work in a home AC panel

That isn’t even remotely useful for our purpose.

I use to sell the Schneider units when I worked for them. I would not recommend them for audio. I would go with a 7.5 kva Equitech 240v in 120V out. You can get just the transformer in a cabinet with disconnects on either side. I don't feel you need the whole package. Of course that is up to each individual. I would put the transformer in the garage and take a feeder to a sub panel and distribute from there. I "would" use a Schneider/SqD QO panel with copper bus as my subpanel.

I do not have an Equitech myself. I could not in any way say a isolation transformer is going to be any more or less effective at fixing power issues than say a PS Audio Regenerator, Isotek or any other conditioner. I have tried about 5 or 6 and I heard every one of them. Some work with some gear better than others with other gear. My Topaz worked well with my CJ Premier. My Isoteck worked well with my Rega. The same was not true vice versa. I have used about 3 others but they did not work for me.

So I'm gathering that extra properly installed grounding is indeed a good thing?

Yes, quite likely, depending on the quality of the originally installed grounding. But - as with so many things in audio - AC power is a system. As important as grounding is, so is everything else that's part of your power delivery. Are all the connections clean and tight, including hot and neutrals? Is the power factor sufficient? Can your utility deliver adequate current? Is your voltage within spec?

I spent a bit of time feeding my rack with thwn in steel pipe, pvc pipe, 10 awg romex. In the end they are all quite a bit better than the 12awg romex feeding everything in the room, but 10 awg OFC wire direct wired into a custom distribution strip was the best. OFC wire from Audience or the like is not inexpensive, but it makes a difference if you have fine enough equipment. I also double up the ground with a strip of mil spec silver coated 10 awg. Then you have to work your panel and lay it out right. Cleaning the connections is a good idea. If they are oxidized you can use jewelers rouges.

Is there an issue with sand ? That is what my 6" grounding rod is sunk into, meeting a long cable from the water entry pipe, at the service box.

I have another sunken grounding rod, but it is connected to a roof antenna for lighting diversion.

Any ideas for me ?
