The top was off in that shot, I had just installed the tubes. But it also has a clear top.

What did you have before the new ARC gear? It seems a lot of folks move from McIntosh to ARC.

I had a McIntosh C2300 preamp and two Mac MC275 amps running in mono. I had that setup for the past five years. The ARC is much better than what I had!!!

Congrats Steve - out of interest, do you have a particular bent on styles of music? Just curious whether the ‘better’ might be suited to different styles of music, or it may we’ll be across the board.
