digitalaudioblog.com

Search machines for lossless and HD audio.

I could not proceed overthere, I am always getting:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server."

Should be Cold War is still in force...

Doug Macleod's new album ''There is a Time'' on Reference Recordings is fantastic.
the 24 bit download is one of the best audiophile Blues recordings I have heard.

Pau

Just a reminder that this thread is for identifying and maintaining a list of Hi Rez sites. There are other threads in the Music section for posting about individual releases. We would prefer this stay as clean as possible. Thanks.

FYI, recently many files have been revealed to be simply 16/44 up-samples! Linn and HD Tracks have aggressively been removing the tracks/Labels that users have discovered. If you venture over to the Computer Audiophile site you will find several threads about this problem.

How do I see if a downloaded file is an up-sample?
Is there a way I can find out,a program for checking my files?

The recordings from this little label are getting rave reviews, only 4 downloads but exceptional quality, only direct purchase from their homepage, Sound Liaison.

Sound Liaison, producing recordings available only in 24-bit/96kHz downloads that mirror the master recording. And man, are they ever sweet. I've seldom heard recordings that were so successful in both performance and sound aspects.

Again a reminder. This is not the thread to post individual hits or misses. It was set-up to identify sites for ordering or downloading Hi-Rez files.

You are more than welcome to create a thread for listing your favorite Hi Rez music. Then ask the moderators to create a Sticky.
