C-2120 or C2420

I'm using also a C-2120 with the AD-30. I'm quite happy with it and my Akurate LP12 as TT.

What is missing to you and what do you expect with an upgrade to a C-37?

Thanks for all of the input. Most likely going with 2420 and AD-2820. Second choice is C-2120 and C-37. Will know more later. Any comments are welcome.

A´m i the only one that think the gain on Accuphase is to high?

I have A-70 with C-2120 and if i set the gain on the amp and pre to max, i can only use 1/5 of the volume.

But if i set the gain at the lowest it like some of the sound quality is lost........

What do you other do about the gain options?

Per Accuphase recommendation, 18db on the pre and max on the power amp.
