Be nice if it really wasn't bronchitis that kept me off work for a week back then. Highly doubt it though. Kamikazi brits are still packing the underground to get to work. London pays dearly for not being a cycling town.

Judging by the latest article, in which they found the virus “17” days after the Princess cruise ships were vacated.... (so much for hours to a few days theory), the Oxford study above could very well be right. Herd immunity may well be the only chance (for now) until a vaccine can be developed.
In fact the plagues of the past have left a “genome” mark through selective process of those who survived and passed the genes on to future generations. At least with the bacterial infections like the Black Death Plague. Not sure about viruses. Last edited by PHC1; 03-26-2020 at 01:43 PM. |
