Sorry to revive an older thread. I wanted to check in and see if you were still happy with the new Koetsu cartridge. I also have a Xtension 10 TT with a blackbird low output cartridge that I’m thinking about upgrading.

I'm still really happy with it. The sound stage and mid range is gorgeous and it works well in my system. It might not be the last word in ultra high frequency detail, but it is far more detailed and involving than my Blackbird was. When this one is wore out, I'll be upgrading in the Koetsu line for sure.
