Anyone familiar with Clear Cast - as advertised in today's USA Today?

Anyone tried this out. Sounds to good to be true. It's advertised in today's USA today and says you only have 48 hours to get your device. The link i'm posting below is an older add. Tell me what you think. It lacks a DVR but might be good in a spare room.

Yep, I read it. But I though maybe someone may have first hand experience with it. It advertised on a half page of USA Today, today. It sounds like it's probably a scam and junk, but maybe not. I have a directv box in a spare room that gets used about twice a year that I pay 5.00 a month for to directv, which I feel is a waste & I was thinking this may fit my needs for this application.
