Custom headphones

I've recently ordered EarSonics EM6 custom in ear monitors - designed to match exactly my ears.

I'm very impressed:
- Sound quality only surpassed by my Stax SR009;
- Almost total isolation from any environmental noise e.g. not easy to understand if someone talks directly to you;
- Comfort second to none - they fit like a part of my body. A bit tough to instal / remove from the ear but while there I almost don't notice them.

Nice. Custom molded is the only way to go if you're on a plane a lot. I use something similar from Ultimate Ears, and it's the best combination of noise reduction, fit and sound.

Really like the color choice of your EarSonic in ear monitors.
I could not agree with you more about the isolation provided on planes, and most importantly the comfort.

Now in holidays and away from my system I've been really enjoying these CIEM. Great to stay in touch with my music.

One thing that's impressive is that I can lay in bed at night, wife sleeping next to me, and I can listen at high volume without disturbing her. No sound released outside of the ear. I'm doing that right now.
