Default Dumb question. How do I connect a subwoofer to my c47?

I have connected 2 Subs to my C47. One from unbalanced output 1 and the the other from unbalanced output 2. If you happen to be sending a source signal through one of the unbalanced outputs, use the other unbalanced. If you want to have 2 subs connected use one of the unbalanced and split the output signal with 2 Audioquest RCA Splitters one from right channel and one for left channel. No harm Or degradation of signal. Use sub(s) adjustment for crossovers make sure the settings are the same as well as matched volume on back of subs and phase switch if you have. Make sure the RCA interconnects that you run from the back of the C47 (Right and Left) are of decent quality and connect to right and left input RCA on your sub. Obviously do all your connections with no power going to any parts of your system.

Great stuff. Love what the sub adds, Paul McGowan is right on this one.

REL subs run off the amplifier and sound great in 2 channel systems. Just a thought.

Well, I got one REL T/9 sub and then 6 months later added another REL T/9i sub - both connected straight into the MC402 - perfection!
