Wow, that's really cool and impressive..

What may be not so cool though, is when they start to equip them with guns..

Combat robots and battlefield AI are already a reality. Just not necessarily in the form of a "humanoid robot". Robotic combat vehicles, drones and even a plane that was under AI guidance recently. https://www.popularmechanics.com/mil...rce-exclusive/
