Agreed Alpha HC and Sigma HC if you can. Go with preamp into Triton but amp straight to wall.

Today i received a Sigma Analog that replaces the NBS Statement on my Constellation Preamp1! Amazing what an upgrade! In every respect, bass extension and control, lifelike midrange, authority and transparency, more detailed soundstage and 3D!
I already have an Alpha HC on my poweramp (Constellation stereo) and and Alpha Digital (BDP-2) which had already an amazing impact. I had planed to buy another Alpha-HC for the preamp but thanks to Edwards post I took a leap of faith and bought a Sigma Analog (also because I could fetch a demo cable at the dealer....). And with an incredible result! Wholeheartedly recommended! Thanks all of you for your comments and suggestions! Gerard |
