I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Wireworld power cords. Buy the ones that best fit your budget. The key is to get all the stock power cords out of the system.

Which WW PC are you using on your K01 PlanarSpeakerFan?

I own both the 2m WW Electra and 2m WW Silver Electra. In my tube based system the WW Silver Electra matches very well, with overall system improvements in performance (i.e. more detail, quickness, sound stage, etc.). Compared to the Silver Electra the Electra sounds slower with less detail. In my experience, the Silver Electra can sound just slightly on the bright side with some transistorized power amps.

I believe Ivan generally recommends the 2m WW Silver Electra or the silver clad 2m WW Aurora power cables.

Thanks for the review. Although I realize these cables have been out for a while now, I am just recently learned of them and find the cables unique and theory interesting ~ not to mention a cost effective means to power conditioning/filtration compared to something like a PS Audio P5, etc.

I think what I'm going to do is get the Matrix 2 and some pc's

I have both a tube preamp and amp (McIntosh C220 and Decware Taboo MK II S.E.P 6 watts) and some single driver Omega loudspeakers and I'm trying to think what would be better ... the silver, copper or combination of both as I don't want it to be too warm.

What would you recommend?

The WW Silver Electra PC's are the sweet spot in WW's line. They are also unquestionably their best selling PC.

I would recommend you go with the 2m WW Silver Electra with tubes. Many AA members are using WW Silver Electra power cables in their systems.

Thanks Masterlu and Steady339 ... looks like the Silver Electra's are the ones (it's what I was thinking as well). I will be looking for two 2m meter cables ones on agon ... hopefully some used ones will come up!

I really don't know where to start. I received two new Wireworld Silver Electra 7s with upgraded plugs today. Words can't explain how much the sound has changed...a level of haze has been removed, much easier to hear further in the soundstage, and a wider stage, more defined bass. All of this and the cords are new?

I'm wondering if going from Silver Audio Symphony 48s to Silver Eclipse 7 speakers cables will yield similar results?

I cannot speak to Silver Audio Symphony 48s, but here is my WireWorld experience. http://www.audioaficionado.org/wirew...ng-coming.html

Is the Wireworld Silver Eclipse 7 considered a bright cable? How does the Silver Eclipse 6 compare to the Silver Eclipse 7?
