Default My first ever Audio Research piece!

I bit the nail on the head and on Friday i will be in possession of an Audio Research Reference 2 Phono Amp

I haven't even heard the thing since the dealer doesn't sell turntables but I am sure it will be worth it somehow.

Wish me luck!

Congrats Howie. If Jeff (Tonepub) and Jonathan Valin of TAS and the folks from Hifi Critic and Hifi Choice are right, it should be quite a phono stage. I hope you love it. Let u sknow what you think. Jonathan Valin said it does need a fair amount of break-in so give it at least a few hundred hours before starting to critically listen to the phono stage. Good luck.

Thanks Cyril.

I think I'm gonna need one of those Hagerman Burning in doobies to speed things up.

Howie,
Next time you're on the East Coast, you have an invite to my place. Ivan will have one by then as well.
