Default David Gilmour's New Album Discussed in Uncut Magazine

David Gilmour's New Album Discussed in Uncut Magazine

The excitement is building for David Gilmour's new album! Us fans have lots to look forward from Roger Waters and David Gilmour and this could be a great year for new things!
If Phil Manzanera's interview with Uncut magazine is anything to go by, then we have something to look forward to in David Gilmour's new studio album!

In the April 2015 edition of Uncut magazine, Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera reveals that David Gilmour’s new studio album “sounds fantastic”.
On the recording of the album, which could be released in 2015, Phil said that “it’s going very well. I think it sounds fantastic, people will be very happy.”
Phil Manzanera has worked with David Gilmour often over the years and has played guitar on David’s solo tours. Phil helped produce David Gilmour’s last studio album from 2006 On An Island and also toured the world with David and the rest of the amazing band. Phil also co-wrote One Slip from Pink Floyd’s A Momentary Lapse of Reason album which you can enjoy in the video below.

Thanks for posting, Dave. I'm a huge Gilmour fan. He was the heart and soul of Pink Floyd (Waters was the mind).

Well, I'm psyched. The sooner the better. I grew up in the 70s, but I only hopped on the Pink Floyd train 3 or 4 years ago. David Gilmour is probably the only artist I would get on a plane to go see. Here's hoping there is a tour with dates in North America.
