Default Cable suggestions for 3.7's

I'm curious what cables mate well with maggies, in your opinion.
Anything that you would stay away from?
Have the 3.7's and Ref 3/Magtech combo, with Modwright 105. Any suggestions as to matches to try?
Thanks,
Carl

How long do the speaker cables need to be?

8 feet...unless I can find a longer pair of interconnects from pre to amp, in which case I could go 4-5 feet I think

I use them on my 20.7's. I subscribe to the lowest gauge, shortest length, least resistance logic.

Considering the forum that we're in, I'm sorry they are not more expensive.

Check out The Cable Company's lending library. You can try before you buy. Little risk, big upside.

I agree with the comment regarding short cabling. I use four sets of Shunyata Orions on my 20.1's.

Classic…..I love it Russ !

With that being said, I'm a big fan of Frank's (Signal cable) offerings ……….

I had Roger Sanders (Sanders Sound Systems) make me a set of cables for my 20.7s when I ordered my Magtech amp. Check out his site and Cables White Paper, its an interesting read.

Canare 4S11. Retails for about $1.50 a foot, but can be found for around $1.25. I've used this on my Maggy 3.6s and my Martin Logan CLSIIAs for awhile now. They replaced some very expensive cables and I couldn't be happier.

I liked the Harmonic Tech Pro-9 Reference external bi-wire on my 3.6's.

Now I'm using the modest Kimber 12TC (1.5 m or 4.9 feet) with WBT nextgen 0681Ag spades at amp ends & 0610Ag bananas at Maggie 20.7 ends. Not too bad.
