Arrow I Love My Camera Bag

I suppose I've gone through 17 dozen, or so, different Camera bags and I can't remember the last time I found one that I actually, and really, LOVED.

In a trade, a couple of weeks ago, I picked up TENBA COOPER 13 SLIM bag, which fits me and my Fuji outfit to a "T". I've never looked much at Tenba bags, but this one is great!

It is perfect. Looks good, is extremely well constructed, has pockets and dividers exactly where they should be. It also holds my 13" MacBook Pro (should I ever need to add to the weight and carry my computer around while I take pictures.)

Has a great and grippy shoulder pad, great strap, and while it is fairly expensive, it is worth every penny (and B&H and Adorama have it on sale now).

They have it in other sizes, but the 13 slim worked wonderfully well for me. Here is B&H's listing.

Damn, damn, damn, I love it, I love this bag.

So Julian...how do you like that new bag?

I wasn't sure based on what you posted.

Just Kidding!

Congrats on finding what suits your needs!

I'm jealous, as I have no bag that currently makes me happy. I missed the Tom Bihn camera insert (they no longer make them), so I've got to find another solution. I may just put lenses and camera in pouches in my Tom bihn brainbag - not elegant or convenient though.

Tenba makes some awesome bags -- I strongly considered this bag, but ended up going with the ONA Brixton.

Good Choice . . . The Ona bags are superb . . I own two Ona Prince Street bags - a canvas (or whatever it is) and a leather - and a leather Bowery - and they are excellent. I do like the Tenba though, because it has more pockets and places to put things. This may be a passing fancy for me - and I may go back to the Ona Prince Street bags because they are beautiful.

The little Bowery bag is just too small and tight though, the front pockets just have no room for anything (a flash and/or extra batteries and charger, just won't fit) and the little pockets on the ends might as well not be there.

Looks good though.

Both Tenba and Billingham make separate inserts - that fit a variety of general purpose and messenger bags. I really like the Billingham insert and use one in a Filson bag from time to time.

The one I use is the same insert that comes with the Billingham Hadley Pro bag and is marvelous.

I got mine from B&H . . . . https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/searc...op+Nav-Search= . . . . Note, should you go to the B&H site, that Billingham makes inserts, both larger and smaller, than the one that I have - so, you should be able to customize most any bag - and the insert definitely improves the included systems in many, many bags from other manufacturers.

Thanks Bart, but since I spent all my money visiting you in Belgium, I can't afford any audio gear . . . so I just buy camera bags - and listen to my old, broken down 8 track tape player and watch movies from my Beta Max on my 12" black and white Philco TV.

I did get a new needle for my record player though and as soon as I can figure out how to put it in, I'll play me some vinyl for sure.
