Wow, they aren't very tube friendly on paper.

Paragon is having a Wilson Sabrina Event this coming Friday the 27th. It will be interesting to see which gear they will pair with these speakers. The Sabrina's are much smaller than they look in the photos. They were on static display only at the last Wilson event in late October.

I was in the first group to hear them ever - at Definitive Audio in Seattle last month. They were paired by ARC Galileo gear - GSPre and GS150. The GS150 has the guts to drive them very loud, but in general they don't seem tube friendly on paper, which was a surprise to me. They are great sounding speakers, but I personally like the Sophias better. Still, I haven't heard them side by side, and it's been a while since I have heard the Sophia. Perhaps I am romanticizing the Sophia a little.

I had the opportunity to listen to the Sophia 2 with an ARC VSi60 and to the Sasha 1 with a MC275... in a moderately sized room. Surprisingly I found they sounded pretty well with enough dynamic and good realism.
