Congrats on the new amp! Fill us in on how it sounds, once you get it going. I'm new to the Krell family too, with my new S-1500 7 channel amplifier. I never heard a Krell before, and I didn't know if it would be bright and/or thin, based on some things I've read in the past. Asi it turns out, it's neither. Loving the sound so much, I'm now thinking about the S-1200 or the Foundation processor.

Thanks everyone.

I'm giving it a bit of time to settle before the critical listening.
Although I can say after 2 hrs of listening, the bass is absolutely astounding and the matching with the SF seems to be spot on.

You aint just whistling Dixie..it is explosive yet tight and detailed.
The Cremonas have always produced wonderful sound but I never knew it could wham bam thank you ma'am.
