I look at a problem as an opportunity to make a customer for life or lose a customer for life.

No doubt we didn't get it right the first time. I hate that. But even before I knew about it one of our dealers alerted us to the issue because he cared about how we are perceived, not just because he could.

I'm the eternal optimist. If I'm not working to make it better I'm going backwards. Status quo is never good enough.

That is not truth, you can buy parts directly from manufacturer just like any other company such as Conrad Johnson, BWs and so forth. But this guy has no clue to the order he took it down from me last week, ask him several times any ETA he doesn't know just took my email down again and still no email responding from him.

Sumiko typically does not sell parts directly to the end user. Try and order a driver and see what happens.

That said I am not defending the lack of response. I am only thankful we had an opportunity to make it right for you.
