Lange 1 Time Zone Pink Gold
Well, indeed its Happy New Year! For me at least.
Never in my wildest dream would I thought this day would come - where my wife said to me early morning .... "Lets go buy your favorite watch - The Rolex Submariner White Gold, Blue Bezel with diamond indexes". A gift? My oh my! At the shop, I was about to buy it when all of a sudden, I realized, well why not compare it to a Lange 1 Pink Gold (standard) as I had damaged one several years ago, probably a couple thousands cheaper. Instead my "roaming eyes" settled on a Lange 1 TIME ZONE Pink Gold .... Hmmm, I thought, why not make that comparison? Sure enough, I had BOTH watches on the table and within a few seconds, my wife, children (and myself) took the much more outstanding TIME ZONE than the Submariner. Sure, its now the reverse, a couple of thousands more, but then, I had back into my collection a Lange! So, here it is ... REAL pictures to follow. Of course, I would not miss the chance to ask for a second look and feel of the Platinum Lange 31. Even my wife said, its MAJESTIC! Better be, as its like buying a pair of Wilson Alexandria x2.2!!! I took pictures of it on my hand and how my platinum Rolex day-date pales in comparison in size! Pictures to follow. Just to share my happiness. Really, a good start for the year 2012 for me!!!

1. The Lange 31 at the dealers shop 2. Comparing the Lange 31 against the Rolex Day-Date 3. Lange 1 Time Zone Pink Gold next to my Rolex Day Date 4. One for one exchange? My wife's DateJust which I bought a few weeks back. Now I got one in return (costs way more - great deal I got!  )Sharing my joy. First time ever, my wife bought me a watch! Wow, and a Lange .... I am touched!  Cheers!

Thanks guys, I am so happy today, had not been feeling like this for a long, long time.
Health is the MOST important thing in life, without which, even if one owns the latest and greatest, one can never ever enjoy it to the fullest. Since I know I can't do much in HiFi, think 2012 will be the year where I will probably collect one or two more watches ... something I thought I had the interest dropped. Guess its "Never Say Never Again ..." applies!
