Hi guys ,
I had my ARC Factory Tour way back in 2007. ARC during that time was still owned by Bill Johnson. Unfortunately I was not able to meet him and missed him by a day. My tour guide was Leonard Gustafson ( the guy whose is from Customer Support ) . He is knowledgeable of ARC products , I think it's Kalvin Dahl who replaced him when he retired. I was able to meet Warren Gehl , Chris Ossana , Terry Dorn and Ruth whose the wife of Leonard and works as ARC's receptionist. I hope I can do it again in the near future . My local ARC dealer arranged the tour for me. tdh888 |

Those videos were wonderful. Thanks much.
I never realized how "old school" ARC still was. What a refreshing perspective of a great name still doing things the good old fashion way. Stupid me. I thought they had done more outsourcing than they do and while the rhetoric of Warren being the "ears" of ARC I never really believed he was this involved. Few things impress me these days but those were very impressive videos. Thanks again!! |

Great videos. Seeing all those new Ref6s and amps made me drool. I'm on the precipice of a GS150 audition!
