Looks like Bell's Hopslam has been released for this year. This is a beer for the big boys with an overabundance of hops that stays on the tongue all the way down. It has a bit of honey added to mellow things out just a tad. At 10% alcohol by volume, it only takes a few to get your groove on...

For sure. Try Westmalle Trippel or Karmaliet Trippel. I assure you that you won't manage 5 of either!

I have had them both here and at Lowlanders in London where the bottles are all in Belgian.
St Bernardus is also a favorite along with Pirate Ale and several others. |

Betty Stoggs Named after an unkempt and lazy character in Cornish folklore and made by Skinner’s Brewery based in Truro. A mid strength amber bitter with plenty of hoppy overtones and is suitably recognised as a good quaffing ale. Official Homepage :: Skinners Brewery :: |

I picked up a few bottles of this since it was on sale. I like brown ales so decided to give it a try.

Dry hopped Beer is best. The hoppier the better.
