Default Snowed Out. What to do?
Ok so it is snowing for the 6th time in 2 weeks - I think - I've lost count. What to do? 'Que of course. Brisket and it's out of this world. The two of us may eat it in one sitting!!

Brisket was done outdoors during the snow storm. Can't use a smoker in the house!
