Default Overdriving Vintage Preamp Inputs?

Hello,

I was looking at the manual for my MX110 trying to figure out if the Tape Monitor input could be used for an external phono stage and looking at the specs made me wonder if I am overdriving my inputs. The input sensitivity for both the Aux and the Tape Monitor inputs is listed at 0.3v but a moderns source puts out significantly more than that (according to the specs my W4S DAC output is up to 2.6v). Is this a potential problem?

Secondary question - Both the Aux and Tape Monitor inputs have an input sensitivity of 0.3v but the input impedances are quite different (100k ohms for the Tape Monitor and 200K ohms for the Aux). Why would this be?

Thanks,

Scott
