David.......Are you talking about the Theta Dreadnaught with two to five 200watts per channels, or the five-channel Theta Digital Intrepid at 100 watts per channel?

I had a DNII. It was great, fully balanced too. It had a very warm sound to it, very tube like according to most. BUT it gave off a mess of heat. I sold it because Theta isn't looking so good these days, and some have already pronounced them deeeed.

David.......You could probably just run up to Audio Classics, and bring home a MC205 with warranty for about $4K, and not have to worry about shipping damage or whether it is in good shape or not. Peace of mind has value, too.
