Default Upscale Audio Query!
Having attempted to utilize the site message facility with no reply! I would be grateful should anyone have knowledge whether Upscale Audio ship to mainland UK? I have a number of KT150's sitting in the cart, however when I either check shipping cost or attempt to proceed with checkout I recieve the following message,

"Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address"

Jasper.......It appears the answer is right before your eyes, you just don't want to accept it.

Why not give Upscale Audio a call?

Jasper - give Kevin at Upscale a call like Dan said. I've bought several things from them including several sets of tubes. They are a great retailer and very helpful if you have any questions.

They ship to South-Africa. I have ordered several times from them. I am very sure then they do ship to the UK as well

Just had an occasion to put Up-scale Audio's tube warranty to the test and they failed miserably. Tried to shift blame to BAT, etc., and no new tube even though the failure was only half-way through their warranty period on the $35 tube. I've purchased my last tube (or anything else) from Kevin and will mention same to others when the topic comes up.

Will they only offer a warranty if the tube only fails in the box???? Thanks for the info
