Thinking ahead
My buddy is loaning me his 3 meter MIT Shotgun MH - 750 PLUS Series TWO speaker cables. They are working well but I have two issues. First, they are not mine (although he is not going to need them anytime soon since he is in the jungles of Indonesia - another story) and second, I always think about what more modern technology might offer and third, he WILL want them back someday.
If there were one trait of my system I would like to improve, it would be depth of sound stage. Which brings me to my question. If I were to replace these vintage high end speaker cables, what would be a modern upgrade \ replacement? However, I have constraints. While I have spent money on my equipment, I am not looking to spend many thousands on speaker cable. USED is definitely preferred but what would be an upgrade or equal to what I have? TIA Craig

Craig I have had the WW Eclipse speaker cables in my system for some time and I have been very happy with them. You may get improvement(? what ever that may be) with other cables, but spending big $s for a .01 % improvement is something I would question.
