Really nice headphone rig. The Audeze LCD-3 and Woo Audio amps is a combination I would really like to hear. What brought you to this combination?

I bought the SA-10 and Woo about 2-3 months ago, then bought the Audeze tonight from Mr Anderson here on the lounge. The LCD-3's replaced a pair of AKG 702's. All of it was just equipment that I have wanted to try, the LCD-3's are the best phones I have heard.

I hear so many good things about the LCD-3. I really want to hear these for myself. It might be time to add a new phone to my collection.

Thanks guys. I plugged back in the 702's tonight for a comparison now that I have gotten use to the LCD-3's. The difference is amazing, I never would have dreamed the music could sound so different from the LCD-3 to the 702's. I always thought the 702's were as good as I would ever need, sounded wonderful to me. Well tonight proved me wrong, the LCD-3's sounded so much better that I could never go back to the 702's being my reference phone. The 702's are officially going to the fire house as station phones.
