This is one of the best installations I have seen, second only to Ivan
You did a fantastic job. You can come over anytime and do the same here.

Is that Control4 on the ipad?
Thank you so much, it took a long time! I was so excited to see the calibration results. It took maybe 200 hrs, but even more thinking of how it all fits together, and designing it all.

I'm running Harmony Elite Hub right now, I have half of my Savant setup installed in the rack currently, I'm waiting for some of the Lutron RadioRa2 stuff to show up so I can finish setting it all up.

I'm going to run ipad mini 4's as the remotes in each room, the ipad air 2 as the main control. They have iport launchport inductive chargers, and the side buttons control the lutron radiora2 for shade control , lighting, scenes, etc.

Sounds like fully integrated control system then. Nicely done!

That is an incredible installation. Much thought and work went into that. I am curious ... How did you manage to hide the surround speaker wires ? I find that is always a problem in such installations for me.

Thanks Mike!

There is two thoughts that go through this for me.

At my last house when I setup the rears I hide all the wires in the walls, and had small break outs, they were colored the same as the wall and hidden behind the speakers. You couldn't see anything basically. The rear sides went under the carpet, into a channel in the speaker stand, and again you saw nothing.

For this setup since its hard wood floors I approached the stance that I should make the installation aesthetic since hiding it would be near impossible. Here is how I did it.
