Hey PCH1 (Serge?) have you made a turntable choice? I was looking at another forum, and a member mentioned he sent a note to Mike Fremer regarding his short list of tables:

Dear Michael,
I need your help to decide on which TT to buy
I have the option to buy :
AMG v12 with Tonearm
SME 20/3 . V Tonearm
Oracle Delphi Mark VI
Clear Audio Innovation Wood
Linn Sondek LP12
-----
And Mike Fremer evidently replied :
I am reviewing the AMG now. That's the one I would buy.

Now, I admit a wee bit of bias as that is the table I recently purchased, and I am really loving it. But there are a lot of nice German made tables out there.

It's amazing how this tiny line can move the platter but it does a phenomenal job. Has an outboard power supply and a dense record weight. Very reasonable priced. I was considering Galibier Design turntables but I was able to buy this one locally for a good price. If I had a chance though I would upgrade to the Solid One.
I use a AS Royal with Graham Phantom tonearm. Royal is a masterpiece and with a tonearm like Phantom, one has to hear! Though Royal can not be considered as a budget tt, it easily competes with many uber expensive/exotic tt. A friend of mine has also AS One with WBT 213, he is also very pleased.
