What, pray tell, does an angle sound like?

If you do no know, then I suggest you get down right away to your local Burmester dealer.

Visiting my Burmester dealer could be the start of a long slippery slope!

Howie.......I am thinking that Jim meant "sound like an angel." Of course, we all say that about the gear we love. Everyone has their own preference.

Not really, as my appreciation and understanding of the Burmester sound, does not influence all the reviews that state Burmester as the state-of-the-art in sound quality, not prettiness. Anyways, I am some how reminded of the Cadillac owner who gets passed by a Porche and tells his wife, " Honey, at least we have 4 doors, right?"

Jim.......I fully understand your point, and your enthusiasm. Reviewers worldwide have great things to say about McIntosh, too. My pride and satisfaction parallel yours, and just like you have nothing to do with what reviewers write. Burmester is great gear. Enjoy your choice.
