Thank you Mark!

As you know, putting a room together of this scale and complexity requires a lot of patience, time, and passion for the hobby. I have patience and passion, but unfortunately time is a limiting factor for me, so a one day project may take me a month to complete.

I'm getting ready to order a ton of room treatment from Ivan so that will be the next project!

Also, I have thoughts of going to a 4 pack of 25's, which I may do in the next 6-12 months.

One critique: these subs probably arent' the best for HT. They reach their limiters very quickly (you hear a loud sound of the drivers being overexcursed). But they are the bests i've heard for 2 channel audio. Right now i'm looking at other subs for HT use, been looking at SVS, JL audio, and paradigm subs for HT.
This is disappointing. I need some subs that sound great with music and HT. The REL No. 25 happen to be the prettiest subs I've seen.

I'm considering going from dual REL Carbon Limited subs to a single REL no. 25. Has anyone gone from dual REL subs to a single no. 25? If so, what were the results. I understand different systems/rooms my yield different results, but I'm curious how the soundstage could be affected going from dual subs to a single sub?

This is no time for half measures. Go for a six pack (which I tell you, I just can’t get out of my head):

Yes, if I had the money I would get a six pack. For now a single REL no. 25 or maybe dual no. 25s down the road.

I just got a pair of the 212SE subs. Have not installed them yes, but will within the week. Once broken in and adjusted will report back.

Mike, the 212SEs are great subs...I have a pair and Jim (Weirdcuba) has a pair as well. They are excellent in a stereo setting.....pretty sure you'll be thrilled!
