Hey guys,
i hate the Esoteric drives, they are extremely noisy. Used to own a MPS-5 and it was so awful: brilliant DAC, terrible transport implementation. K1 was better, but still felt like something an engineer would design. Accuphase DP700 was magnificient, a real peace of art: transport as quiet as can be and build quality close to perfect. But synergy with my amp didnt cut it. For you having owned a Luxman, how's their transport ? Expecially the D08. Cheers Xavier Last edited by Masterlu; 05-18-2013 at 10:25 AM.
