My MacBookPro running Amarra. Maybe better than the CD spinner as well, but have not done an A-B yet.

OH! I thought you were comparing it with a Bryston 1 or 2. All owners of MacBook Pro and MacMini with JR and the like speak to all Bryston digital players sounding better. Its also better than CD spinners.
