Default Please cry with me.

I'm an idiot!!! I was mounting a new bass trap and it fell and landed on my turntable, breaking my VPI JMW 10 3D arm in two places and trashing the cantilever on my VAS Nova cartridge!!!! Yes I know the VPI arm is really easy to remove so there is no excuse for this.

Thanks guys. A new arm is on its way and the cartridge is going back to the manufacture to see if it can be repaired.

Maybe you should get a turntable cover to protect it in the future. I'm thinking that I should get one too.
