Good luck, whoever got early on like hackers, etc will become millionaires if they sell on time before it crashes.

Whoever is getting on the train late, is going to lose a fortune.

My opinion only of course.

Imagine what the investors were thinking when they bought at pennies and Bitcoin crossed the $100 mark for the first time... for returns over 1600%. How about a $1000 mark for 16,600%? Was it not a bubble then? Now it is $17,668 and no one can predict how far it will go. Of course there will be corrections/crashes along the way but... it will be interesting to see where bitcoin is in another 5 years.

Keep a close eye on Litecioin. YTD performance almost 5 times better than Bitcoin.

That's not a very big list and I'm still waiting to see figure of how much bitcoin is actually for payment that is not coming from the dark economy.

As far as I'm concerned, bitcoin is a purely speculative vehicule with no other use (today, maybe there will be legitimate usage in the future but I'm talking about now and tomorrow).

No one or very little have made that kind of return. People usually sell after some time especially if returns have been high. Better secure your gains than risk it...

Remember that it's a two party transaction so if you're selling, someone must be buying in front of you... until no one wants to.
