Guys, thanks for the answers and comments. I appreciate it. It helps me.

Do you know what acoustic, interconnected and power cables DH uses with "Inspire" and "ProAC"?

Have any of you ever done a side-by-side comparison between the older QMB-25s, Inspire KT150 stereo amp, and the new Monos

------
Update: Just heard a few of you are headed to Dennis' place tomorrow to do a comparison. Keep us posted, thanks.

Hey decooney, Dennis builds the amps and then lists them or they are already spoken for before he builds them, so they are usually not around long enough to have several different types at once.

10-4. Update: on that related note I worked on it a bit late last night with Dennis. We were finally able to connect and discuss in detail for my particular request and a slightly different approach I plan to take.
According to Dennis, looks like I'm #3 on list for the current batch of Mono chassis you guys are working on now. btw, I'm hoping for Black faceplates on these to go with Harley black paint,
similar to the Inspire Hot Rod. Thanks straightwire.

Default Listening session...

The usual suspects...

Analog's 71a triple PSE sounding good!
[IMG][/IMG]

Analog's 45 PSE, haven't heard this one in a while, nice and smooth!
[IMG][/IMG]

Brand new LP-27a...beauty!
[IMG][/IMG]

And of course the new Universal amp and the new PSE mono's...very nice!

We should have blank chassis's for the PSE mono's next week...straitwire

They look awesome! I'm sure they will sound incredible as well.

By any chance was my 45 SET amp with volume control anywhere to be seen?

fwiw, it's no visual but during some conversation back and forth with Dennis, I happened to receive this closing note on July 7th, maybe this was yours

"Off to the shop to complete a mighty 2 watt 45 stereo amplifier ...".

Thanks decooney, all the amps sounded great in their own way.
A lot of PSE variants and also BearCity brought his Inspire KT-88 amp, though I did not get a picture of it, I will say that it was very nice to hear a well burned in amp at the session, these guys just get better and better over time.
Hey Beatlebum, I picked up the transformers for your amp and a few others from the shop on Thursday, primed them Thursday and painted them this morning to take to the shop this afternoon so Dennis has output iron for next week. I did see a stuffed chassis on his bench (maybe yours, not sure), he is going to be finishing up several amps this coming week. And maybe listing another LP-27a...straitwire
