Has anyone made any purchased recently? I bought my preamp 3 months ago but i still have not received it. Dealer informed me due to Covid, they have problem in transporting the good, i am located in australia.

King - Have you asked your dealer to get in touch?? I asked our dealer what the turnaround time is for the HD upgrade and they told me about 4 weeks. That was after the COVID restrictions were beginning to relax here in Georgia, US. I don't know if they directly talked to anyone at D'agostino though.

This is a problem all over the world. I sent some packages to Foreign customers in Austria and Denmark and they haven't even reached their Customs office yet....and I sent them On April 30th and May 5th. Stuff is just completely backed up everywhere.

I ordered another HD Pre for my NY system. I was told 2 months. I ordered early June and expect it in August!

just got an update from my dealer, finally hd preamp came yesterday. So it will ship interstate to where I live, at the end, it took 4 months to get into my hand.


@rscotth, you got a dual killer system, congratulations.
