Have two of those in my PS Audio PWD. Not cheap, but made a difference in the DAC.

I wonder if the HiFi may work better as they use processes for the metal similar to Mundorf? I think Burmester uses Mundorf ?

Update:

I popped in my two new 6.3A small slow-blow Supreme HiFi-Tuning fuses into my 911 mk3 a few minutes ago. Do they need time to break in? It might be my imagination, but I detect a little more sibilance right off the bat but things seem a little clearer. Hmmmmmmm.

Edit: OK, smoother now. Sources are more revealing. I'd say the fuses do make a difference, for the better. I never would have expected it. A worthwhile investment. More bass and clarity. More to come.

I am a believer.

Joe,
Yes it's hard to believe that fuses will make a difference, even harder to believe that they are directional, but many insist that this is the case. Do you have any thoughts on this?
I've just ordered two slow-blow Supreme HiFi-Tuning fuses, 3.15A, for my 911mk3.
Colin

Hi Colin,

I could not believe it myself but I do notice a difference. I even sent some fuses to a friend with a 911 mk3 and he could tell the difference. I have not reversed the fuses yet as I find it even harder to believe that would make a difference. One thing I did do was to orient them in the same way based on the logo and writing on the fuse barrel. At least they are pointing in the same direction so both channels see the same thing. Here is a review of the fuses.

StereoTimes --

The AMR fuses that Jeff @ http://www.avsolutionsca.com/ sells are supposed the be better and less expensive.

I should have some to try in a week or two. Crazy, I know.
