Default Opions wanted

I have an opportunity to purchase the B&W 803d/804d. Both demo speakers. I currently have the B&W804S.
The difference in price Btween the 803/804 is $1300.00. The money is not the issue. I don't think it is allowed to post prices but based on what I have seen on Audiogon they are at respectable points. Not sure about the original boxes which I am somewhat disappointed.
The question is my room size. I have a dedicated room that is 13'wide, 22' long with 7' ceilings.
Advice is appreciated. Any thing else I should consider?

Thanks,Frank

Get the 803s, huge difference. Also consider that there is a new 800 series coming out in september. So you could possibly get a substatial discount

Your room is large enough for the 803s. I have these in a room that is 13.7 x 21 x 7.5

I would wait for the new 802. Even 803 is a bit small for your room.

Yeah but that's a big difference in price over what he's considering.

I have the 804d's and I love them. I auditioned the 804's and 803's extensively before purchasing, and have used my 804's in different sized rooms in my house.

For your size room, the 803's are the better choice.

Definitely the 803 over the 804. I've owned the 803d and its a wonderful speaker.
