Default B&W Group -Rotel Out of Warranty Repair

Hi

I have an older Rotel RSX-1057 receiver that has recently gone south. It no longer powers up so possible something wrong with the Power Supply. The warranty has expired but i would still like to repair it.

I cannot seem to see a contact on Rotel's site for a repair center in Canada. Unforunately the Dealer where i purchased it from no longer exists.

Does anyone know if there is a B&W group contact for service???

TIA

Hi SMC23,

Since you are out of warranty and located in Canada, here is a list of available Canadian service centers who are authorized to take care of you.

B&W Group North America Service & Support - Rotel Authorized Warranty Service Centers

Regards,

Patrick

Thanks Guys!

I'll check for a fuse tonight. Hopefully it is just that.

I am a Sonus Faber owner but have owned several B&Ws in the past. I enjoy reading this forum and would love to consider a new 803D3 in the future as a possible upgrade. My comment is this....yoy guys are incredibly fortunate to have a resource like Patrick on this forum. I can tell you that the SF forum certainly does not have a similar resource. Closest thing we have is Bill who was a Sumiko/SF rep and is as knowledgable and helpful as Patrick, but he has moved on to a new company. I think we all know how difficult it can be to get accurate info and good advice from many dealers (especially if your only local high- end dealer is Magnolia) and having an "insider" as willing to assist the customer as Patrick is an invaluable asset to the B&W family. I'm jealous, and I am also surprised at times how roughly he is treated occasionally. I guess my point is this: Be thankful for what you have.

Long ago in a galaxy far far away, Patrick and Bill worked together. He is, as you guys are just learning and I have long known, one of a handful of the very best.

Bill, you are very kind and I would not be who I am today if I had not learned from you.
