I don't agree with his comment either, but in case you didn't notice, both of his rigs are centered around integrated amps.

As for a separate section for integrated amps, I'm not sure sure how much traffic it would see. But if Ivan is up for it, it can't hurt to try.

Thanks, I noticed that he had integrated amps at about the same time you did, and changed my accusatory post to something a little more gentle. Thanks for slapping my hand when I need it. . . .

There are a lot of really good integrated amps coming on the market. I'm actually looking at the February 2011 issue of THE ABSOLUTE SOUND which has the cover headline "Simaudio's Stunning 600i AN INTEGRATED THAT CHALLENGES SEPARATES".

Integrated amps are getting better all the time and a separate section to highlight them might prove to be a popular addition to AA.

Top separates will be demonstrated in this show, but also their 2 integrated amps.

I agree 100% there is good and bad in both seperates or integrated as for me i sold my home with a dedicated audio room for a condo and i didn't have a choice to DOWNSIZE since then i have owned a few integrated amps of high quality and i'm still very happy my little keep it simple system consist of Chord CPM-2600 integrated amplifier Chord One integrated cd player and a small pair of Acoustat 1+1 speakers this system is very small compared to what i use to own BUT it does the job in my small place.
