Mine has been fine recently, possibly due to updates to my BlueOS controller or Tidal resolving this.

I’ve never had any problems in the past 6 months. I have Xfinity Blast through Comcast as the provider of my internet. 175-200mbps typically. Don’t know if it is related to IP providers or Tidal infrastructure?

I haven't had any problems lately so i am sure its Tidal who have corrected whatever problems they had.

Tidal went in and out for me a few days ago. I noticed this occurs when Tidal has an update that needs to be loaded, all appears fine after the update, hopefully this will help you. Otherwise, it may be your router assuming you have high speed. 100-150, may be bogging down or a simple router reset?

Update on Tidal skipping/dropping: Problem solved or at least it is thus far, past the point of previous issues.
I am not a tech guy but it only made sense to me as I broke this down and knowing my previous gear may of been behind the update path it made sense to circle back and pay for an update - I always owned my modems, routers and switches, only using Comcast for the coaxial feed. I have a 150mbps incoming Comcast connection to support all the families demands, and believe this had a lot to do with it. I had a 100 mbps modem, and a few 10/100 network switches strung together. Both were updated to support the Comcast connection, buying the best available and was able to remove one of the switches, another benefit. I am enjoying Tidal Masters where I noticed the problem before without interruption. I restarted everything, and all gear picked up the new network, life is good. Also, downloads from HDTracks was much faster, I bought a Jeff Beck DSD and it was downloaded in about 4 minutes then easily transferred onto the Aurender N10. |

For those of us without network issues this was a tidal issue exclusively which they appeared to have resolved weeks ago, no more problems for me.
