I'd like to start an Audio Research Listening Group in the Baltimore-Washington Area. (Think of it like a Book Group for music...someone suggests a CD, we all listen to it at home, then we
meet at someone's house to socialize, listen and talk audio.)

Great idea. You may want to broaden it to more than just Audio Research and just call it an AA get together. You might be restricting the available pool of candidates on AA if you are seeking only Audio Research folks in the greater DC area. Just my 2c and good luck with it. Used to live in DC in the early 1990s. Have fond memories.
