Awesome. My plan was to use one per mono amp and use a PowerIsolator 8 for the rest of the system. Do you have any experience with the Powell isolator 8?

I never tried the Power Isolator 8 nor the Power Isolator Reference so I can't share any impression about these products.

In my system, if I had only one PIMM2, I would use it with digital sources only. The second PIMM2 would be for the preamplifier only. Making several trials, I noticed that the PIMM2 was less demonstrative with the amplifier.

My advice would be try several combinations in your system since you are getting a second PIMM2 and then you should get a clearer idea on what you prefer. Maybe you will end up with PIMM2 everywhere...

I use the TA PowerLink MM2X in and out the PIMM2 which I compared and prefered to the TA Reference PowerLink.
