Thanks!
Hopefully it's a progress and not a regress.

Soon you will see an rebuilt Studer B67 and a kind of vintage test of old Krell FPB biamping The Sonus faber.

My thesis is that the true quality of new High-End is generally not better than the best products from the 1990's to around 2010. And those products are worth being upgrade to be up with the best products there is, even today.
I'm not 100% sure of it but there are reasons due to my experience to try this I think.
There are nothing sure about HiFi.
I'v just have to figure this out myselfe.

If you are interested in that I'm honerd that you follow my thread.

Well it's been a long time since I updated my system thread, and I've had an insane year with upgrades.

In the year of COVID, I've added the following upgrades: Ref6SE upgrade to my Ref6, Ref160 monos, Esoteric N-01XD, AQ Diamond ethernet, Uptone EtherRegen w/fiber, Adona rack, HRS S3 base, Degritter record cleaner, Gik Room treatments.

Let me just say, the improvement is not subtle. I'm very proud of what I've been able to put together. Now if we can just all start getting together again, that would be great

Good stuff and the Adona rack looks awesome. I think I told you before, I really wish I had done that instead of the Timbernation. Now you can just kick back and hold off on any more audiophile purchases for at least a couple of............weeks.

It all looks great Marc - you should be proud, you’ve put together an awesome system. I’m looking forward to a post-vaccination visit.

Beautiful! I'll bet it sounds great!
Based on what my ARC dealer says, many of us have upgraded during Covid.
